Open Wide® Disposable Mouth Rests

The Open Wide® Disposable Mouth Rest is durable, easy to use, and effective at maintaining oral access. It is shaped from a special, high-density foam that is nearly impossible to bite through. The foam has a rigid wooden core for stability and strength.

For situations where the bite may be more aggressive, we offer a "thick" version, which has almost 40% more foam to withstand heavier biting pressure.

The Open Wide Disposable Mouth Rest is gentle in the patient's mouth and easy on the practitioner's hands. The wedge-shaped head accommodates a wide range of patients.  With training, caregivers can use the Open Wide Disposable Mouth Rest to gain access to the mouth for daily oral hygiene procedures.
